President's Awards Recipients Honoured
Each year GPRC recognizes members of the community for their contributions to excellence in education. The awards program was established in 2004, and the awards honouring volunteers, alumni and community builders are the most prestigious presented by the College. This year's event was held March 4 at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre.
The 2014 honourees are: Tom Pura - Distinguished Volunteer Award; Bridget Hennigar - Distinguished Alumni Award; Ryan Pomeroy - Steps to the Greater Alumni Award; Jon Goldie & Mike Lauzon - Alumni Award of Excellence; Fred & Ruth Estlin - Board of Governor's Award of Distinction.
If you would like to nominate an alumni to receive one of these awards, click here for more information or to download a nomination package. Deadline for nominations is December 31 each year.
