Trauma locked in the body can cause physical, emotional and psychological symptoms over time. This class will help create a foundation for moving through physical and energetic blocks.
Using Trauma Informed Yoga, we will use the practice of meditation, breath and somatic work to help you create a series of mini flow sessions that will ground and energize you.
Movement is medicine, and through this philosophy, I’ll teach you how to get back into your body and heal through movement and awareness.
