We offer a wide range of classes and programs to engage students, staff and the community in healthy, fun, physical activities to enhance overall well-being.
Most of our classes are offered online through Zoom, allowing you to join from anywhere you like.
Yin Yoga with Leigh
Mondays @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Class Description
Yin Yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscle. Yin Yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

Freedom in Flow with Coryn
Fridays @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Class Description
Trauma locked in the body can cause physical, emotional and psychological symptoms over time. This class will help create a foundation for moving through physical and energetic blocks.
Using Trauma Informed Yoga, we will use the practice of meditation, breath and somatic work to help you create a series of mini flow sessions that will ground and energize you.
Movement is medicine, and through this philosophy, I’ll teach you how to get back into your body and heal through movement and awareness.
