Leigh Roberts
Leigh has been teaching yoga for six years with additional training in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and restorative yoga. She has also completed certifications in meditation and mindfulness, brain health, body and mind connection, and anatomy. She is a level-4 Reiki Master Practitioner, teacher and Reflexologist. Josie Backe
Josie is mom to four boys who keep her life quite busy, but she has found balance through her love for fitness. She is an AFLCA Group Fitness Instructor with over 10 years of experience. Some of her specialty fields include, Group Exercise, Resistance Training, Water Fitness, Portable Equipment, and Indoor Cycling. She continues to strengthen her passion for being healthy and active by educating herself and sharing her knowledge with others. She wants you to feel strong, capable and successful, and is very excited to be a part of your fitness journey.

Lauren Hale-Miller
Lauren is the Head Coach of our Wolves Women's Volleyball Program. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Sport Studies as well as a Bachelor of Education. Lauren recently obtained her Cycle certification and is currently completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Lauren loves teaching and sharing her passion for wellness and sport with everyBODY!

Coryn Briggs
Coryn is an Alumna of our Fitness Leadership Diploma program, as well as a certified yoga instructor with specialization in yoga for trauma. Coryn is a Reiki Master and teacher. The basis of her life coaching and yoga services compliment her 20+ years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry with specialization in post rehab work. She works with her clients to identify the best method that will work for them and their life goals and desires. Coryn works both with individuals and with corporations to build programs that best meet their needs.

Chelsea Guerin
Chelsea is educated in yoga and group fitness, among other things. Finding enthusiasm in exploring mobility and movement, challenging your body, increasing your heart rate, connecting to your breath, and finding inner confidence are key elements in her classes. Her intention as an instructor is to compassionately help others practice their enthusiasm toward fitness, obtaining a healthy lifestyle through movement and growth.

Sherry Wendland
Sherry started teaching Fitness Classes in 2005. With over 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry, Sherry shares a passion for helping others to become the best version of themselves, physically, mentally and emotionally. She loves all different types of classes and teaches anything from spin, strength, and bootcamp style classes. Sherry loves it all.
