Class Description :
This upbeat POWER class will be focusing on building our strength for the more challenging yoga poses. Repeating strength sequences, holding challenging poses, muscular endurance using weights, improving our flexibility, arm balances & inversions, breath work, & meditation will all be a part of this POWER YOGA class.
