Description This course offers strategies for assisting diverse client groups including infants, children, and individuals with mental disorders, substance use disorders, dementia, physical disabilities, and developmental challenges. Learners will gain essential knowledge related to hospice, palliative, end-of-life, and postmortem care. Through practical application, learners will apply evidence-informed practices to deliver compassionate and effective care to diverse populations. This course will also cover de-escalation strategies.
