Description

This final consolidated clinical practice course provides learners with an immersive experience, integrating all previously acquired knowledge and skills in the care of clients. Emphasis is placed on delivering comprehensive person-centred care. Learners will demonstrate proficient communication and documentation abilities, playing a pivotal role in the health care team.     • A minimum grade of B- (70%) in the above courses.
