Description

This clinical practice course builds upon introductory skills and knowledge, allowing learners to gain further practical experience in various health care settings. Emphasis is placed on providing person-centred care for more complex needs. Learners will improve their communication and documentation skills, contributing effectively to the health care team. This course encourages learners to use problem-solving skills in real-world situations, increasing their competency and confidence in clinical practice.

      • HC1050 Introduction to Clinical Practice 3
      • HC1060 Advanced Care Techniques: Addressing Complex Care Needs 5
      • HC1070 Comprehensive Care Strategies for Diverse Client Needs 5
    • A minimum grade of B- (70%) in the above courses.
