Description This clinical practice course builds upon introductory skills and knowledge, allowing learners to gain further practical experience in various health care settings. Emphasis is placed on providing person-centred care for more complex needs. Learners will improve their communication and documentation skills, contributing effectively to the health care team. This course encourages learners to use problem-solving skills in real-world situations, increasing their competency and confidence in clinical practice.
