Description Obtaining an accurate health history and performing a systematic physical examination is essential in paramedicine practice. Paramedics must be able to accurately describe and document assessment findings. This course will support students in developing efficient, thorough, and systematic histories and physical examinations of patients who are in different states of physical, mental, and emotional health.
