Description This course provides students with an introduction to social work practice working with Indigenous Peoples. Students will explore Indigenous cultural-specific skills and approaches to social work founded on the cultures, values, and philosophies of Indigenous Peoples. Students will also critically examine the historical legacy of colonialism and social work in Indigenous communities.
