Stretch + Strengthen
Tight hips from sitting in class all day? This class has your back (and your core, and your glutes). We’ll blend deep stretches with strength moves so you leave feeling less stiff and a whole lot stronger. Come ready to flow, sweat, and move in ways your body will thank you for during finals week.
