Vinyasa Yoga 
Take a break from the books and reset you mind and body! This class blends energizing movement with relaxing stretches, helping you shake of stress while building strength and focus. Expect a fun, vigorous flow to get your energy up, followed by calming poses and breathwork to leave you refreshed, restored, and ready to take on the week. No experience needed --- just bring yourself and an open mind.
