Each year, on September 30, NWP observes the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, also known to some as Orange Shirt Day. On this day, we reflect on the history and legacy of residential schools, honour survivors, and their families, and commit to ongoing learning and reconciliation.

To honour this important day, NWP Indigenous Services hosts several events and activities to provide opportunities for learning, reflection, and community connection.
