Cookie Break & Conversation: 16 Days of Activism

To mark the United Nations’ 16 Days of Activism, Mental Health Services invites you to stop by Pillars, decorate a teacup cookie, and take part in an open conversation about consent, boundaries, and respect.

Creating a Culture of Respect

Did you know violence is a learned behaviour - but so is respect. Building a safe and supportive campus means understanding personal boundaries, communicating clearly, and speaking up against violence when it’s witnessed or experienced. Healthy communication helps us navigate conflict, support one another, and reinforce that violence is never the solution.

Please pop in and enjoy a cookie, connect with others, and help strengthen a culture where everyone can learn, grow, and feel secure.
