Whether you're seeking a quiet dorm, a shared townhouse, or a furnished apartment, there's a space that suits your needs, all within walking distance of your classes and campus services. Unit types Fairview Housing offers a variety of unit styles to accommodate differing student lifestyles, just minutes away from classrooms and labs. Dorm-Style Units - 12 total dorms Six non-cooking dorms: Up to 21 single rooms per dorm Six cooking dorms: Up to 12 single rooms per dorm Includes small fridges in each bedroom and shared lounge areas Townhouses - 16 units total Each unit houses four students Fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms Freezer and satellite dish included (student arranges service) Apartment-Style Units – 22 suites total Located in the Hemstock and Loggie buildings 21 three-bedroom suites One accessible two-bedroom suite Includes living room, kitchen, bedrooms, freezers, and televisions Family Housing Fully furnished and available for students with dependents Fairview Housing offers a variety of unit styles to accommodate differing student lifestyles, just minutes away from classrooms and labs. However, due to the limited number of suites, students with families are advised to apply as soon as possible. Additionally, there are three one-bedroom suites typically allocated to students and their spouses. Family suites are complete with a furnished living room, kitchen, dining room and bedroom(s). We reserve three two-bedroom apartments to accommodate students with families, who are given priority for suite assignments. Common lounges are equipped with TV's and comfortable seating - perfect for downtime with classmates or friends.Mailboxes, laundry, and a nearby bank machine are located within the housing complex. Students can also unwind in the Notley Square Lounge, a social hub featuring a large-screen TV, pool tables, and space for events such as pub nights and barbecues. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: Certified cheque, bank draft, or money order (in person or by courier) If paying by certified cheque, bank draft, or money order, the cheque must be made payable to "Northwestern Polytechnic Housing."
