Progress Milestones

Huron held many sessions from November 2 -13, giving our learning community a hands-on look at the product in the early stages. Feedback from these sessions will be integral in improving future systemization and processes.

After countless hours spent mapping business processes and collecting and validating data, HR and Finance completed unit testing in early November. This step allows NWP staff to verify that the work completed during sessions with Huron has resulted in a system that accurately reflects our business processes. It is also a critical time to identify any deficiencies so they can be addressed before final testing.

NWP selected Huron Consulting Group as our implementation partner following a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Their submission detailed a 12-month completion plan for Finance and Human Resources.
