On-campus Counselling

We provide confidential counselling for students by appointment from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Students can access counselling for various reasons, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, loneliness, school-life balance, and other challenges. Your needs matter. We are here to support you.

After you contact us, you will be scheduled for an initial consultation. This first session gives you the opportunity to meet with a counsellor, share your concerns, identify goals, and develop a plan for the next steps. If your concern requires more specialized or extended support, our team can refer you to the appropriate resources.

All sessions are confidential as outlined by professional regulations and relevant legislation, which will be explained at your initial consultation.

To request an appointment, please complete the form below.
