Students at Risk

Being part of a Wolfpack means looking out for each other, and  NWP has an established Concern, Assessment, Response, Engagement Team - CARE for short.

This multi-disciplinary team promotes safety and well-being within the NWP campus community by providing support, screening, intervention, and referrals.

Staff and faculty should report any student concerns promptly to the CARE team by completing the form below.

CARE Team Referral Form

The CARE Team works to identify, assess, and mitigate risk for students. CARE referrals are for early intervention, NOT EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

You can report a particular behaviour or interaction, or a concern for an individual's well-being. Unless there is a compelling reason not to, it is best practice to inform the person you are submitting a referral.
