Breadcrumb About News Werklund Joins The Pack Posted 28 April, 2021 Athletics News Share Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2021-22 GPRC Wolves Women’s Basketball team. GPRC is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the 5GPRC priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, Bill Bradley is excited to continue to announce new additions to his roster. Meet Emma Werklund. Hailing from Valleyview, Alberta, Werklund is looking forward to starting her post-secondary education and taking her athletic career to the next level at an institution that is close to home. “I chose GPRC because it is close to home and offers the program I am most interested in.” Werklund is bringing a ton of great experience to the roster. Werklund has played for the Northern Energy Basketball Club and the Peace River Warriors. Werklund has also competed with her high school team, the Hillside High Cougars.
