A local recruit, hailing from Sexsmith, Alberta, Lagace is looking forward to representing the Wolves after attending many summer camps as a kid. “I chose GPRC because I wanted to stay as close to home as possible to start off my post-secondary schooling," said Lagace. “I also attended many Wolves summer camps as a kid and I was always fascinated by GPRC; the building itself and all the many athletic teams.” Lagace is bringing great value and experience to the Wolves. In her upcoming rookie season, Lagace is looking forward to starting a new sport and getting back into the competitive spirit. “I think I’m the most excited to form a love for competitive running at the college level and be a part of another team. I have played hockey all throughout high school but decided to step back to pursue my post-secondary goals. I didn’t want to step away from athletics entirely, so I joined the XC/indoor track team. I’m excited to see how my first season will unfold!” Head Coach, Fabio Minozzo is thrilled to add Lagace to the line-up.
