Breadcrumb About News MBB adds Buachie Kaba to the roster Posted 10 August, 2022 Athletics News Share Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2022-23 NWP Wolves Men’s Basketball team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, Evan Lloyd is excited to add recruits to the roster. Say hello to Elijah Buachie Kaba Hailing all the way from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Kaba prides himself on his love of working with others and of course anything to do with the gym. When he isn’t playing basketball, he enjoys singing and dancing. When asked, Kaba explained the NWP seemed like the best place for him to succeed. During his upcoming rookie year, Kaba is most excited about meeting everyone on the team and learning from older players. Kaba’s basketball background is expansive, with most recently a tournament player for Queen City in 2022. Head Coach, Evan Lloyd is pleased to welcome Kaba to the team. “Eli will bring length and athleticism at both ends of the floor along with a willingness to learn and develop,” said Lloyd. “He has played at a decent high school and in different leagues so he will bring a different perspective to our team.” Welcome to the pack, Elijah.
