Breadcrumb About News Lunn added to the Wolfpack Posted 30 June, 2023 Athletics News Share Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2023-2024 NWP Wolves Men’s Volleyball team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, Matthew Powell excited to add recruits to the roster. Meet Jace Lunn, a multi-talented athlete from Beaverlodge, Alberta who is excited to join the Wolves Men’s Volleyball team for the upcoming year. Lunn brings with him an impressive athletic resume, including winning Silver with the Beaverlodge Royals at 3a Zones in 2021, Silver with Beaverlodge Royals at 4a Zones in 2022, and being named the All Peace Region High School All-Star. When asked why he chose NWP, Lunn explained that attending NWP allows him to play competitively close to home with a great coaching staff, while also furthering his education. In his rookie year, Lunn is most excited about building new relationships with coaches and teammates and to be apart of a competitive team. Head Coach Matthew Powell is excited to work with Lunn, adding, “We are thrilled Jace has chosen to continue his Education and Volleyball career at NWP.
