Athlete of the Week: Abby Crown

It was a milestone weekend for Abby Crown in the face-off against the Ambrose Lions on Friday night and the Lethbridge Kodiaks on Saturday afternoon. The second-year Kinesiology student eclipsed the NWP single-game record with seven steals and notched up a career-high 18 points, earning her first Athlete of the Week nomination.

Over two games in the Wolfden, Abby tallied a total of 23 points, 13 steals, nine rebounds and seven assists in an impressive display of skill and determination.
