Breadcrumb About News Selemani Joins MSOC Posted 13 May, 2024 Athletics News Share Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2024-2025 NWP Wolves Men's Soccer team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, David Rojas is excited to add recruits to the roster. Meet Espoir Selemani, a multi-talented athlete from Edmonton, Alberta, who is excited to join the Wolves Men's Soccer team for the upcoming year. In high school, Selemani was a 1st place gold winner - City Champion/Metro Athletic Champion/u17 Emsa Gold Medalist in 2018/2019, and a U19 All-star nominee/U19 BTB Academy Starter in 2021/2022. When asked why he chose NWP, Selemani explained, "To expand my career in soccer and face different challenges throughout my path as a player." In his rookie year, Selemani is most excited "To finally play soccer at a post-secondary level." Head Coach David Rojas is excited to work with Selemani, adding, "Espoir is a strong player that is able to play multiple positions. He will provide us with offensive and defensive positions.
