The Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves Volleyball program is celebrating a strong 2025-26 season marked by conference recognition and a fourth-place provincial finish for the men’s team at the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Championship this past weekend.

The Wolves men concluded their playoff run in a tightly contested five-set bronze medal match, falling 3–2 to finish fourth in Alberta. The result reflects meaningful progress for the program, including securing a spot in the playoffs, a playoff victory, and advancing to the ACAC provincial championship tournament - milestones not reached in decades.

Head Coach Lindsey Habib was recognized for that progress, earning the ACAC North Men’s Volleyball Coach of the Year honours.

“Our student-athletes are committed to growth every day,” said Habib. “The consistency and belief this group demonstrated throughout the season were key to the steps we’ve taken as a program.”

ACAC All-Conference and Championship Recognition

The Wolves’ season was further highlighted by multiple individual ACAC honours across both programs.
