Bead it your own way project

Are you a seasoned beader or are you brand new to the craft? Join NWP Indigenous Services for a "Bead It Your Own Way" project. Each month, starting on Friday, November 14, we will provide a new template along with a small kit containing all the supplies you need to bead in your own way. Work on your project at home, or join us for open crafting time every Friday. Once you have completed the template, bring your creation back to the Friendship Centre to be included in our collaborative art project display.

The lovely Shirley Blimke is joining us on Friday, November 21 and Friday, November 28 to answer any beading questions.

About the Project

Indigenous Services is creating an art piece from the beaded projects submitted by all participants. This collaborative art project will be proudly displayed throughout the school year. All pieces will be returned in April.
