Long-term rental spaces will be available starting in summer 2026. If you're looking for a dedicated office or long-term workspace to support your business, now is the time to start the conversation. We’re actively connecting with entrepreneurs and small business owners to explore early interest and align space options with evolving needs.

In addition to long-term rentals, we’re developing short-term and day-use spaces - including co-working areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces. These flexible options will launch following the completion of the Side Centre’s physical space.
