Family Housing

Full-time students with children can enjoy the convenience of on-campus living by renting one of our nine partially furnished townhouses. These units have four bedrooms (one double and three twin-sized beds), a kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, and a living room. Living room furniture is not provided; however, residents are welcome to bring their own.

Outside, we have a courtyard with picnic tables where residents can bring a barbecue to cook on. The courtyard is enclosed by residences on three sides, and traffic in the area is limited, allowing children to play safely. Across the laneway, we have a sandbox, where children can play in plain sight, while their parents relax in the courtyard. These units also border on the Bear Creek Reservoir and Muskoseepi Park trail system, offering extended options for both children and adults to play.

All utilities are included in the rent.

Due to the limited availability of family units, the application deadline for family housing is April 30, and references are required. Assignment of family housing will be made by the end of May, with priority given to returning student-parents and out-of-town applicants with children.

Summer Residence

Our summer residence term is offered from May 1 through mid-August, and is open to students, workers, and the general public. Full-time students returning for the following academic term will not need to vacate in mid-August.

All of our units are four-person townhomes, so expect to live with other people. If you are a current tenant and wish to stay from May to August, you must submit an application and pay a security deposit for that specific time period.

We also offer short-term stays at a daily rate of $40 - $45 per night, plus GST and hotel tax. Individual rooms or full units may be booked. For further details, please contact the Residence Office.
