Students will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in fitness assessment and counseling techniques.

Students must pass both the written and practical final exams to receive credit for PF2900 and enter into PF2910 and PF1920.


Requisites

  • Complete the following:
    • PE1000 - Structural and Functional Anatomy (3)
    • PE1015 - Essentials of Human Physiology (3)

  • Completed or concurrently enrolled in:
    • PE1210 - Introduction to Personal Physical Fitness (3)
