Brendan Shaffick

Brendan Shaffick, MSc, is an instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences at Northwestern Polytechnic. His teaching focuses on human movement, strength and conditioning, motor learning, sport psychology, and dance studies, with an emphasis on connecting theoretical concepts to applied practice through laboratory work and performance analysis. Brendan’s professional background includes experience in strength and conditioning coaching, applied sport science, and fitness education across a variety of populations. His academic interests include resistance training methodology, performance development, and interdisciplinary approaches to human movement.
