May is Sexual Violence Awareness Month, a time dedicated to challenging stigma, supporting survivors, and building safer communities through education and open dialogue. As part of our community awareness efforts, NWP Mental Health Services is partnering with PACE to host the “What Were You Wearing?” exhibit.

This internationally recognized installation confronts the harmful question survivors are often asked: “What were you wearing?” By displaying recreated outfits worn at the time of the assault, it powerfully challenges the myth that clothing influences or determines consent, emphasizing that clothing never causes sexual violence.

The whole community is welcome to attend; however, it is recommended that viewers are 16 years and older due to the subject matter.
