Current Status

NWP and the AUPE FV group are in the process of negotiating a renewed collective agreement. Both parties are also currently engaged in separate bargaining for an Essential Services Agreement (ESA). This is an agreement between an employer and a bargaining agent that outlines which services are essential and must continue in the event of job action.
