About the Program

This intensive six-week program helps business leaders step back from day-to-day operations and focus on growth.

Each week, leaders from up to eight companies meet virtually for a 2.5-hour workshop to apply proven tools and frameworks with support from expert advisors. Expect about 1.5 hours of prep work between sessions.

Breakout sessions, online tools, and direct support from industry experts will help you refine strategies, test ideas, and tackle real challenges head-on.

  • Define your Ideal Customer and Market Expansion Strategy
  • Use Geoffrey Moore’s Crossing the Chasm framework
  • Conduct a SWOT analysis to identify barriers to entry and gain a competitive advantage
  • Evaluate IP strategy and build sustainable advantages
  • Explore transition planning, partnerships, and growth capital
  • Understand company valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity mergers and acquisitions.

Dr. Dirk Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur, board member, and innovation leader. He’s served as founding CEO or managing partner of four companies, is Director of the McNair Institute for Entrepreneurism and Free Enterprise and holds over 35 patents.
