This one-of-a-kind program will equip you with the know-how to maintain and operate equipment, transport grains or livestock, incorporate technology, and combine industry trends with farming practices. You will gain the confidence to lead a team, promote farm safety, and practice ethical land and animal practices

From cultivating crops to managing livestock, you will put your skills into practice with two extensive work terms, gaining real-world, hands-on experience and insights that make you an asset to any farm’s operations.

To be considered for admission, you must meet specific criteria, including English language proficiency and the following courses or equivalents:

  • English 20-2, minimum grade of 50%
  • Mathematics 20-1, 20-2, or 20-3, minimum grade of 50%
  • Physics 20 OR Chemistry 20 OR Biology 20 OR Science 20
  • Must be 18 years of age prior to starting year 2 of the program
