These important documents detail all the courses you've taken, the grades received, and the credits earned.  Your application to NWP cannot be completed until appropriate high-school or post-secondary transcripts have been received.

Alberta Students

This step is pretty seamless if your schooling has been completed locally. When you apply for admission, you will be asked to provide consent for ApplyAlberta to automatically send your final official transcripts to NWP.

For more information on transcripts, visit Alberta Education.

To order High School Transcripts or a Detailed Academic Report, you may request them in-person, by mail, or online through your myPass Account.

Out of Province Applicants

Graduating grade 12 students should arrange to have official high school transcripts sent directly to the NWP Admissions team after June exams are complete. This can be arranged by your high school or home province’s Department of Education.

Please see Provincial Transcript Office Addresses & Contacts for contact information.

If you have recently moved to Alberta or have never registered with a school or Post-Secondary institution in Alberta, you will also need to get an Alberta Student Number.

Wolfpack Transcripts

NWP students and alumni can now access transcripts through MyCreds™, a secure, online, password-protected learner credential wallet that allows you to view and share your educational credentials anytime, anywhere.
