To mark the United Nations' 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, our Mental Health Services team invites you to an interactive puzzle event designed to help you recognize the signs of gender-based violence that are often hidden in everyday situations.

Seeing the Hidden Pieces

Puzzles teach us to look more closely, identify patterns, and connect the details. In the same way, understanding gender-based violence requires recognizing forms of harm that aren't always obvious - like manipulation, control, harassment, and stalking.

Why This Matters

Gender-based violence is a global issue. Every 10 minutes, a woman is killed due to violence. #NoExcuse. This event will help you to learn, notice, and take action - starting with the subtle behaviours that can be easy to overlook. Sometimes the most important pieces are the hardest to see. Let's learn to recognize them together.

Empower Yourself and Win!

Attend any of the events to enter the daily prize draw, and you will automatically be entered into the grand prize draw for a $250 gift card.

What is 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence?

This initiative is an international campaign that runs from November 25 (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) to December 10 (Human Rights Day), uniting activists worldwide to call for an end to all forms of gender-based violence.
