On-campus Counselling

We offer confidential counselling for students by appointment from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Students may access counselling for a variety of reasons, including: stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, loneliness, school-life balance, academic concerns, and other challenges. No concern is too small! We are here to support you.

After you contact us, you will be booked for an initial consultation. This first appointment allows you to meet with your counsellor, share your concerns, identify goals, and develop a plan for subsequent appointments. If your concern requires a more specialized or longer-term approach, our team can provide referrals to the appropriate resources.

All sessions are confidential. Our team is bound by professional regulations and relevant legislation, which are explained at your initial appointment.

Request an appointment by completing the form below.
