Student Research Expo Expo 2026 Event DetailsDate: Wednesday, April 1, 2026Time: 11:30 am to 1:30 pmLocation: Northwestern Polytechnic, Grande Prairie CampusApplication and Poster Submission DeadlinesFriday, March 20, 2026 (winter intake) Online Application Form Student Research Expo Eligibility To be eligible to participate in the 2026 Student Research Expo, you and your team must be registered as NWP students during the 2025-2026 school year, and your project must be:Adaptable to a poster formatInteresting and accessible to non-expertsWell-researched and well-designedIn compliance with NWP policies regarding student conduct, academic integrity, and copyright protectionYour project does not need to be a traditional academic research paper or contribute new knowledge or original research.If you have questions, please email StudentShowcase@NWPolytech.ca Participation Checklist Before you submit an application form, please familiarize yourself with the participation process using our handy checklist. Check that you and your project are eligible. Gather the information required for the application. Prepare a poster for your project using one of the downloadable templates (maximum size: 42" x24"). Submit the application form and attach your presentation before the project deadline. Attend the Student Research Expo, and be ready to present your project with a short "spiel" to interested attendees who are circulating through the Expo. Please note that Expo committee members will not accept incomplete or late applications or poster submissions.
