We offer a wide range of classes and programs to engage students, staff and the community in healthy, fun, physical activities to enhance overall well-being.

Class Description
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves. There is no need to worry about coordination; we're not dancing but will combine the elements of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training. Barre uses classic moves, such as plies, alongside static stretches and will focus on high reps of small-range movements. Barre delivers a full-body workout and is excellent for strengthening your core and toning your glutes and legs. This low-impact class will challenge you and leave you feeling great.

Class Description
This class will give you a full-body workout designed to chisel and shape every muscle. We will move through the hour in different formats using various equipment to challenge your muscular endurance, power, and strength. Modifications to exercises will be shown to challenge all fitness levels.

Get your cardio on! Challenge your body and your mind with sprints that make your heart strong and hills that build and tone your legs. Upbeat tunes will help to motivate you and keep you strong until the end. Take care of business by challenging aerobic and muscular endurance to maximize your fitness!

Class Description
As we move through this upbeat POWER Class, we will focus on building our strength for the more challenging yoga poses. Repeating strength sequences, holding challenging poses, improving our flexibility, breath work, and meditation are all part of this POWER YOGA class. Join me as we move and play to some great tunes.

Class Description
Yin Yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscle. Yin Yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

Class Description
Feeling stuck in life can lead to physical discomfort, and the body can become restricted in many ways.
This series is designed to take you from feeling stuck, stagnant or restricted to feeling more openness, more ease and creating flow in your life. You are becoming empowered through breath and movement.
Through recognition of where and how you hold onto past trauma, you will learn to release the stuck emotions and move into a powerful state of being, of movement and feel empowered in your life.
Each week we will explore deeper reasoning of why you may be stuck in your life and guide you through breath work, somatic work, yoga and re-wiring of the nervous system.
e will work to bring you into a state of emotional regulation and safety in your body so you feel a sense of ease, confidence and inner peace.
No prior experience in yoga is necessary.
