Richard Bell, RSE Journeyman Plumber and Journeyman Gasfitter -B completed his apprenticeship training at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2009.  Richard has been in the pipe trades since 2000 where his experience has included Residential, Commercial, Service, Industrial and Rural installations that include well pumps and septic fields.  In 2010 his knowledge in the trade was expanded by completing his Medical Gas certification.  Richard diversified his Pipe Trade knowledge in 2017 by graduating Process Piping and Design at SAIT with honors that incorporates piping layout with digital drafting.  Richard began instructing at GPRC/ NWP in 2019 where he able to relay his experiences and knowledge to the students in the Pipe Trades (Plumber, Gasfitter, Steamfitter/ Pipefitter and Sprinkler System Installer).

Richard continues to expand his knowledge and training in the trade as he completed his AWWA Cross Connection certification in Summer of 2022.  Richard is fan of the Boston Bruins hockey team, enjoys spending time with his family and participates on local softball and curling teams in his spare time.
