Congratulations to Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria Athlete of the WeekJamie Strauss. Jamie is a local fifth year player for the Wolves. She has been a dominant libero in the league the last few seasons, being nominated to the ACAC All Conference team least season. With 182 digs, Jamie is ranked 11th in the conference for digs, and is looking to add more as the Wolves have six more regular season-matches against the Augustana Vikings, NAIT Ooks and Lakeland Rustlers. Jamie’stenacity and relentless work ethic is evident in all aspects of her studies and athletics. Her passion for fitness has inspired Jamie to pursue opening her own fitness centre in her home town of Spirit River. Jamie is looking forward to the ACAC championship, hosted by Lakeland Rustlers in Lloydminster.
