New Recruit Reece Hollingworth
Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2025-2026 NWP Wolves Women’s Soccer team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, Catherine Ridgeway is excited to add recruits to the roster.
Meet Reece Hollingworth a multi-talented athlete from Grande Prairie, Alberta who is excited to join the Wolves Women’s Soccer team for the upcoming year.
Hollingworth brings with her an impressive athletic resume, including playing in the 2018 Summer games, 2020 Winter games, 2023 Arctic games, and for the Alberta Youth Soccer League (AYSL) 2021-2022.
When asked why she chose NWP, Hollingworth explained that the coach for Women’s soccer is exceptional.
In her rookie year, Hollingworth is most excited to play a higher and more competitive level of soccer.
Head Coach Catherine Ridgeway is excited to work with Hollingworth, adding, “Reece is an insanely quick and crafty striker. She is always a threat providing an offensive option for few teams possess. We look forward to unleashing Reece’s intensity and drive to win in 2025!”
