Wednesday, July 24th, 2024

Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2024-2025 NWP Wolves Women’s Basketball team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolfpack member. Head Coach Bill Bradley is excited to introduce recruits to the roster.
Welcome Peyton Breen.
Breen, a local athlete from Sexsmith, Alberta, is looking forward to continuing her education and volleyball career close to home. “I chose NWP because it is a great opportunity for me to continue playing the sport I love while also being close to my family, friends and having the support I need.”
Breen’s list of achievements include bringing home 3A Zone Basketball Gold in 2023, 2A Zone Basketball Gold in 2024 and placing 4th at the 2024 2A Basketball Provincials this past season. She is “excited to play basketball, make some great memories and hopefully some new friends along the way.”
Head Coach Bill Bradley is looking forward to working with Breen this upcoming season. "I am very excited to work with Peyton next season. Her instincts on court are high level, and she seems to be in the right place all the time. Her decision making ability is an asset that should prove invaluable as she continues to grow her game.”
Welcome to the Pack, Peyton.
